Sew Together for California Wildfire Relief

Our thoughts are with the people who have been so devastatingly affected by the fires in our state and we want to help. Let's do it together!

On Dec 8th, we will be hosting an all-day fundraiser to benefit fire victims. We'll be doing quilting demonstrations throughout the day and our machines and tools will be available for you to use. If you've always wanted to make a quilt, we'll teach you how. If you already know how to sew, come and sew with a community of friends - old and new! Work on your own quilt, or donate your blocks to community-made quilts that will go to the Deanna Davis Community Quilt Project.

We will have fun give-aways through-out the day,* including:

  • Fabric bundles

  • Fun craft supplies

  • $100 gift certificate good towards longarm quilting service at Hello Stitch

  • One month membership to the studio

  • ...many more give-aways to be announced!

*You do not have to be present to win.

We will also have a handmade goods and supplies market so you can do a little holiday shopping (all proceeds go towards the relief effort!) and we'll keep you fueled with yummy spiced cider and holiday cookies.

**Just announced! We will have pizza for your lunch courtesy of the Cheeseboard Collective 🍕

RSVP now to save your spot! Tickets are on a sliding scale and start at $50. Every single penny of your ticket will go to the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Relief Fund which supports intermediate and long-term recovery efforts for major California wildfires, as well as preparedness efforts.

Every day at Hello Stitch, we see the healing power that the act of sewing can have and we would love to share that with you while helping those who are most in need.

We hope you'll join us!
