Hello Stitch FAQ's

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation 14 days or more before the event = 90% refund of the total balance. Cancellation 8-13 days before the event = 50% refund of the total balance. Cancellation less than 8 days before the event = 0% refund of the total balance. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED DUE TO CAMPER ABSENCES, INCLUDING ABSENCES DUE TO ILLNESS. To cancel or make other changes to your camp registration, please email the Hello Stitch Studio. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable! If your child cannot attend camp, but has a friend that would like to take their place, contact us to see if they are applicable for a transfer.
  • What We Provide
    At Hello Stitch, your camper will be provided with all the tools they need for the week. That includes a sewing machine! We will also provide a choice of project materials and threads. Do you own your own domestic home sewing machine and would like your child to learn how to use it? If it is in good, working order, you are welcome to bring it to camp! If you have the owner's manual, please send it along with your machine
  • What's the Food Situation?
    For all day and half day camps, we will provide a yummy, healthy, morning snack. We also will often provide a snack for our Afterschool kids. *Please let us know in advance about any food allergies.
