Sew the Myosotis Dress

We think the Myosotis Dress by Deer & Doe is the perfect dress for all seasons and we love how it looks great on every figure. Want proof? You can see it on every type of figure on instagram: #DDMyosotis. You could even wear it with flowy pants for a boho look. You're going to look sooo cute!

There are three different dress options included with the pattern, and instructor Beth Galvin has been dreaming up lots of different pattern hacks to give the dress even more look options!

In this class you will learn how to:

• make a properly fitted bodice
• do a set in sleeve
• make beautiful, even ruffles
• sew a placket
• put in buttonholes

Skill level: ✂️✂️

You have a few projects under your belt. You aready know how to thread and use a sewing machine and you're ready to learn more advanced basics.

Supplies: The supply list will be mailed upon registration. (The Myosotis pattern is not included in the class cost and will need to be purchased separately.)

*This class comes free lab time until 8pm the day of your class so that you can stay and work on your pattern with the help of Hello Stitch Staff.

About the instructor: 

Beth Galvin started sewing at age 7 and can sew everything from casual knit tops to tailored jackets to over the top party dresses. She has a popular sewing blog, Sunnygal Studio where she shares her tips and tricks and she also blogs for Craftsy. Beth loves to help people get the pattern they love to fit the way they want. She is brilliant at adding stylish little details that make your projects look professional and special, but what's even better is that she has figured out how to make it easier! One of her favorite things is to teach you the tips and shortcuts that will make your sewing faster and also more fun. Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are transferable to another class or to studio credit if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before class. If cancellations are made after the 72 hour advance window has passed, we will not be able to issue refunds or studio credits. You can, however transfer the class to a friend. Age Policy:

Youth age 14 and up may register for adult classes. In order to participate in class, all minors will need a signed parental consent form. If you will not be dropping your student off at the first session of class, please contact us and we will email you a form to fill out and send with your child.
