Sew the Emerson Crop Pant

Make your own pair of the breezy Emerson Crop Pant from True Bias Patterns. Relaxed and polished at the same time, we love how these pants have a professional, pleated look in the front and an elasticized back, so you can just pull them on and they're oh-so-comfy! This pattern comes with 3 style options, so you can make them as shorts, mid-calf, or ankle length pants. You can also choose to have them be mid or high rise on your waist. You have a few projects under your belt. You aready know how to thread and use a sewing machine and you're ready to learn more advanced basics.

Supplies: The supply list will be mailed upon registration. (The Emerson Crop Pant pattern is not included in the class cost and will need to be purchased separately.)

*The Emerson Pant only goes up to size 18. If you need a larger size, you might consider the Flint Pant by Megan Neilsen or the Winslow Culottes by Helen’s Closet. Both are great alternatives!

*This class comes free lab time until 8pm the day of your class so that you can stay and work on your pattern with the help of Hello Stitch Staff.

About the instructor: 

Beth Galvin started sewing at age 7 and can sew everything from casual knit tops to tailored jackets to over the top party dresses. She has a popular sewing blog, Sunnygal Studio where she shares her tips and tricks and she also blogs for Craftsy. Beth loves to help people get the pattern they love to fit the way they want. She is brilliant at adding stylish little details that make your projects look professional and special, but what's even better is that she has figured out how to make it easier! Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are transferable to another class or to studio credit if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before class. If cancellations are made after the 72 hour advance window has passed, we will not be able to issue refunds or studio credits. You can, however transfer the class to a friend. Age Policy:

Youth age 14 and up may register for adult classes. In order to participate in class, all minors will need a signed parental consent form. If you will not be dropping your student off at the first session of class, please contact us and we will email you a form to fill out and send with your child.
