Sew the Bondi Dress or Coni Tunic

We have found the perfect first dress project! Both the Bondi Dress and the Coni Tunic by Tessuti are fun to make and we predict these dresses will become your next wardrobe staple! 

For the Bondi Dress, we have taken all of the guess-work out of picking the pattern size as we have already sewn-up samples available in the studio for you to try on and choose your best fit. Once you have chosen your size, you will be able to trace off the pattern here in the studio. No need to print and tape together a the PDF pattern at home. Remember - one of the greatest benefits of learning to sew is that you can change elements of the garment. Don't love the neckline? Want a longer, or shorter hem? Beth can help you change it!

Supplies:  The supply list will be emailed upon registration. (Pattern cost is not included in the price of the class and will need to be purchased separately.)

About the instructor: 

Beth Galvin started sewing at age 7 and can sew everything from casual knit tops to tailored jackets to over the top party dresses. She has a popular sewing blog, Sunnygal Studio where she shares her tips and tricks and she also blogs for Craftsy. Beth loves to help people get the pattern they love to fit the way they want. She is brilliant at adding stylish little details that make your projects look professional and special, but what's even better is that she has figured out how to make it easier! One of her favorite things is to teach you the tips and shortcuts that will make your sewing faster and also more fun. This class comes with free lab time after class so that you can stay and work on your garment with the help of Hello Stitch Staff until 8pm.

Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are transferable to another class or to studio credit if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before class. If cancellations are made after the 72 hour advance window has passed, we will not be able to issue refunds or studio credits. You can, however transfer the class to a friend. Age Policy:

Youth age 14 and up may register for adult classes. In order to participate in class, all minors will need a signed parental consent form. If you will not be dropping your student off at the first session of class, please contact us and we will email you a form to fill out and send with your child.
