Upcycle your plain shirt into a beautiful piece of wearable patchwork art! This class is for you even if you’ve never sewn a stitch before! You’ll create a one-of-a-kind patchwork shirt using an existing piece of clothing and hand-stitching techniques to express your own unique style. Working with fabric scraps, you’ll learn how to build a pieced design directly onto a shirt, stitching each patch into place by hand.
This is a meditative, improvisational process, perfect for those who love visible mending, creative reuse, or simply want to slow down and make something personal.
