Spring Sewing After School - Friday Session

Looking for something fun for the kids to do after school? We have the answer - learn to sew at Hello Stitch! Kids 8 and up can learn a life-long skill, exercise their creativity, and have a great time as well. (You'd be surprised at how much math we sneak into these lessons!)

At Hello Stitch, students will have access to our sewing machines and tools. We will also provide all supplies needed for the sewing projects. All your child has to do is show up, be ready to learn and have fun! Independence in sewing can open the door to endless creative opportunities for your child. Plus, it's just plain cool to know how to sew! 😎 

Dates: 8 week session, every Friday from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.

About the instructor: 

Mariska Miller grew up with a crafty grandma who showed her how to knit sweaters for her Monchichi and she always had an appreciation for all things handmade. She went on to study fashion-design and then put her knowledge to good use working on movies in the costume department. Nowadays she loves working on unique textile creations in her studio.

Cancellation Policy:

We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes during the after school session. When absences occur we will do our best to get your child caught up with the project during future classes. If the materials are available and lend themselves well to creating art at home, we will do our best send your child home with materials to complete the project on their own. 

Cancellation 14 days or more before the first session = 90% refund of the total balance.

Cancellation 8-13 days before the first session = 50% refund of the total balance.

Cancellation less than 8 days before the first session = 0% refund of the total balance.
