About the Event
Sew the Perfect Jeans with Beth Galvin
May 3 - May 31 (5 Sessions)
Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:30pm (PDT)
This online class is part formal class instruction from our expert garment instructor, Beth Galvin, and part Q&A sprinkled with helpful hints, tips, and (virtual) helping hands. It's always more fun to sew together!
Learn to make your own jeans using stretch denim!
Choose from these stretch denim patterns:
The Ash pattern from Megan Nielsen patterns, comes in 2 size ranges 0-20 or 14-30 and you can choose from a number of great styles including: a modern slim leg jean, a skinny jean, a flare jean, and a wide leg jean. Get the fit right on one of the styles and use that as a template to make the other three. We ❤️ that!
If you're a more curvy person, choose the Cashmerette Ames jeans pattern. See how cute these are? #amesjeans
And listen, these are our 2 favorite tried & true patterns, but if you already have a jeans pattern you would like to work with, you can do that, too! Another popular option is the Ginger Jeans pattern by Closet Core. See what "real" people look like in these fabulous jeans by checking out the #mnash hashtag on Instagram.

- Choose the correct size
