Sew the Emerson Crop Pants

About the Event

Workshop Dates:

May 11- 27 (6 Meetups)

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:30-6pm (PDT)

Make your own pair of the breezy Emerson Crop Pant from True Bias Patterns. Relaxed and polished at the same time, we love how these pants have a professional, pleated look in the front and an elasticized back, so you can just pull them on and they're oh-so-comfy! This pattern comes with 3 style options, so you can make them as shorts, mid-calf, or ankle length pants. You can also choose to have them be mid or high rise on your waist. You pick whichever style fits you best. Check out how great they look on Instagram #emersoncroppant.

If you are just getting into garment sewing and haven't sewn pants before, these are a great pick for your first pair!

*The Emerson Pant only goes up to size 18. If you need a larger size, you might consider the Flint Pant by Megan Neilsen or the Winslow Culottes by Helen’s Closet. Both are great alternatives!

This session meets each Tuesday when Beth will introduce a new topic or skill that will be related to the project. Then meet up again on Thursdays for Social Sewing.
