Holiday Fun Series!

Our Holiday Fun Series is designed to be both sewing and social. The projects are straightforward and can be completed while you enjoy an evening chatting with friends and sipping your favorite beverage. In September, we'll make napkins two ways. You'll learn to make a mitered corner for one napkin and the other will be reversible. 

Start getting ready to entertain by making napkins. Not only are cloth napkins better for the environment, but, because you are making them, you get to pick exactly the fabric you like to create your own look. We'll complete one of each type of napkin in class and then you can choose which style you'd like to set the perfect party table.

Coming up in the Holiday Fun Series: Placemats (or a table runner) and Gift Bags. Sign up for one or sign up for all, it should be a good time.

Skill level: ✂️✂️

You have a few projects under your belt. You aready know how to thread and use a sewing machine and you're ready to play with the basics. This is a beginner friendly class.

Supplies: 

A working sewing machine, scissors or a rotary cutter and mat, and an iron. The requirements will be emailed upon registration. 

About the instructor: 

Liat Rorer was forced to learn to sew in Home Economics class, and she found it about as appealing as the creamed chipped beef on toast she had to cook. Years later, when she began to sew on her own, she found a passion that combined her creative, analytic and practical sides. We joke that her quilts are huge because she just can’t stop herself. When she’s not in the studio, she might be in her kitchen making something other than creamed chipped beef.

Please select your class carefully, we will not be able to issue refunds for online classes. You can, however transfer the class to a friend. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
