ONLINE: Introduction to English Paper Piecing - Make a Pincushion!

Join us online for a three hour English Paper Piecing (EPP) workshop that will introduce you to this fun and versatile form of hand-sewn patchwork. We love EPP projects, because they are great "on the go" sewing projects - no sewing machine needed. Working with these small shapes is such a fun way to get to play with fabric and thread!

In class, you'll learn how to make an adorable pincushion, although this project can also be used as a baby or pet toy. We’ll look at examples of different EPP shapes and patterns, as well as ideas for what you can make next. We’ll then pick up our materials and begin sewing! We’ll cover two methods of making the patches, how to join them and then remove the piecing papers.
