Comfortable and stylish, add a Wiksten Kimono jacket to your handmade wardrobe! A kimono jacket is a great basic pattern. If you're comfortable sewing with cotton or rayon, take your skills up a notch and make one in a luxurious fabric like silk.
In this class we will cover:
-Laying out, pinning and cutting out the fabric
-how to transfer the pattern markings to your fabric pieces
-how to apply interfacing
-how to sew neat seams, including a french seam
