Make a Tambourine Bag

Learn to make a little circle bag!  In this class we’ll make a small circular leather cross-body bag with a fabric lining and zipper closure.   

In this class you will learn beginner bag making skills such as:

• Tips for cutting and sewing leather
• Inserting a zipper
• Lining a bag

Skill level: ✂️✂️ - ✂️✂️✂️

You already know how to thread and use a sewing machine and you have a couple of small projects under your belt. You're ready to learn more advanced basics.

Supply List: You will not need to purchase a pattern for this class, but you will need to bring materials to make the bag. More details in the supply list you'll receive upon registration.

About the instructor: 

Sienna DaFonseca is a Bay Area artist who became obsessed with sewing and is always thinking about what to sew next. She is a compulsive maker who can't go long without a project in her hands. 

Cancellation Policy:

Class fees are transferable to another class or to studio credit if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before class. If cancellations are made after the 72 hour advance window has passed, we will not be able to issue refunds or studio credits. You can, however transfer the class to a friend. Age Policy:

Youth age 14 and up may register for adult classes. In order to participate in class, all minors will need a signed parental consent form. If you will not be dropping your student off at the first session of class, please contact us and we will email you a form to fill out and send with your child.
