About the Event
**This is a 2 session class: Thursday, March 12, 6-8pm, and Friday, March 13, 6-9pm**
Get started on making your own clothes and learn to sew the simple & versatile Shirt No. 1 from 100 Acts of Sewing. This class will teach you how to cut out a pattern, assemble using durable & beautiful French seams, and finish with bias binding. You will leave with a custom top and the skills to make a dozen more!
Skill level: ✂️✂️
You already know how to thread and use a sewing machine and you have a couple of small projects under your belt. You're ready to learn more advanced basics, like how to cut and sew clothing and learn about seam finishes.
Prerequisite: Any of our Learn to Sew 101 classes or equivalent previous sewing experience.
Supply List: You will need to purchase the Shirt No. 1 pattern and fabric before class.…
