Have you ever wanted to make an improv quilt but didn’t know where to start? This workshop takes the mystery out of improvisational quilting with a simple, stress-free approach. You’ll create a defined collection of basic shapes and colors, then explore how small variations on a theme can lead to endless design possibilities. With this easy and approachable technique, you’ll gain confidence in improvising while maintaining a sense of cohesion in your quilt. Perfect for those new to improv or anyone looking for a structured way to dive into freeform design!
The focus is on the process, not following a set pattern. By the end, you'll have the skills to piece and design quilts improvisationally.
