In this beginning surface embroidery class you will learn the tips and tricks of hand embroidery that are not written about in books. Laura will share her tried and true techniques for threading a needle, tying a knot, and how to keep your thread from tying itself in knots as you embroider! We've chosen stitches that will look great on a quilt, jean jacket and more!
By the end of class you'll know how to transfer a design to fabric and complete the following stitches:
