Bay Area Sewist Meetup

Learn about adjustments for wrap dress with Beth Galvin, garment sewing instructor at Hello Stitch and sewing blogger! Wrap dresses are fun to wear but can be a fit challenge. You don’t have to rely on tugging it tighter to avoid a wardrobe malfunction — a few fit adjustments will make it comfortable and easy to wear. Beth will show some key adjustments at this virtual meetup and then we'll break into small groups for some show and tell. The small groups are also a great time to meet other sewists, get advice, opinions, and tips from other members about what you're making now or your next sewing project. What to share: finished projects, WIPs (works-in-progress), wewing patterns and fabric you used in making your garments, sewing problems, successes, and failures, etc.
