Studio Health & Safety
Current Studio Status: Due to the current Shelter In Place order, the studio is closed for sewing and in person classes, but our online shop is open, we are doing longarm quilt services, and we are hosting online classes and meetups. We will re-open our doors for members as soon as it is deemed safe to do so!
Hello Stitch is a small business and we operate on a very small margin. Help support our vision of community and consider purchasing a Hello Stitch Gift Certificate or becoming a Studio Member. Gift certificates can be used towards any service, class or supply at the studio, and in the meantime, you'll be helping us to keep paying our bills!
If you were scheduled for a class at the studio during the time of the shut down, we are going to do our best to reschedule your class once the studio re-opens. In the meantime, we will be issuing you a full studio credit, however if it is at all possible, we ask that you please consider taking a less than 100% credit. Even a small contribution will help us survive the current state of uncertainty. With this money, we can support our teachers, who often rely on this income. Your money will also support a small business that will be taking a large financial hit for an unknown amount of time.
We are super thankful and grateful for your support. We will be rescheduling your class as soon as possible and look forward to sewing with you in the (hopefully very near) future! To complete your class credit, please click here.
If you have a finished quilt that is ready for quilting, you can fill out our quilt services form online in order to hold your spot in the queue and we'll let you know as soon as it is reasonably safe for you to drop it off with us!
While we at Hello Stitch are big believers in the beauty of in-person sewing experiences, we realize that sewing together is just not going to work right now. During this time, we will be exploring other avenues of engaging our community in creativity, because let's face it, we could all use a dose of the joy and contentment that comes from being creative and keeping our hands (and minds) busy. In the meantime, please feel free to connect with us and each other via our Member Forum. Stuck on a project at home? We're here to help! Finished a project and want to share? Post a photo in Show & Tell!
We realize that keeping your studio membership active during this time is not something that everyone can sustain, but we ask that you consider the world you want to see on the other side of this. By keeping your membership active, you will be helping us open our doors again when it is safe to do so. The ripple effects of this virus will be affecting many of you in the same way that it is affecting us, so if you need to pause or cancel your membership, just send us an email and please know that we understand!
We truly appreciate our member community and are going to miss seeing you all over the next few weeks. You are like family to us and we can't wait to see you again.
