Wearable Art Meetup - January

This Meetup is open to all makers who are interested in entering a wearable art garment in the East Bay Heritage Quilter's  Voices In Cloth 2020 quilt show, March 21 & 22.  Voices in Cloth is a non-juried show open to all EBHQ members. Not yet a member - sign up here by January 15th, 2020 and to enter your peice in the show! 

Join us as we show & discuss our wearable projects for the Voices in Cloth “Garment District." We'll confer on our Works In Progress, and generally cheer one another on as we build our garment entries for the show.  

What is a wearable art garment? Can you wear it? Do you feel like it's a work of art? Then it is wearable art! You can see what was in the Garment District during the 2018 Voices in Cloth show here. What will you create?

Bring your ideas, your materials, your patterns, your work in progress… your questions, your concerns and your sense of adventure!  We’ll supply encouragement, personal experience, plus share feedback & offer advice.  No sewing machines, just good old fashioned Show & Share with an enthusiastic community.
